Couples & Relationship Counseling

By the time most couples come to therapy, they're exhausted. The same conflicts keep cycling, communication has broken down, and the loneliness of feeling disconnected is its own kind of grief. I work with couples to understand their conflict patterns, improve communication, and rebuild connection. Much of this work involves helping partners really see each other - not just the surface argument, but the needs and fears underneath it. I draw from Gottman Couples Therapy and ACT in this work and am currently completing Gottman Level 2 training.

I also work with family dyads - parent and adult child, or adult siblings - navigating complicated relationship histories. These relationships carry their own particular dynamics: the same family experiences often look completely different depending on who you were in the family, how old you were when certain events took place, and where power resided. Untangling that together can be profound work. $175/50-min session

Early-Onset Cancer Support Group: Got Cancer? Let's Talk. 

A cancer diagnosis before 50 lands differently. You may be navigating treatment, survivorship or an uncertain and painful prognosis while raising kids, building a career, trying to hold together a life that wasn't supposed to look like this. The grief is real - lost time, lost fertility, lost plans, lost sense of invincibility. The isolation can be profound, especially at earlier life stages.

This group is for adults of any age diagnosed with cancer before age 50 - wherever you are in that journey. You'll find people who know where you've been and people who've been where you once were.

No warrior mentality. No toxic positivity. All feelings are welcome. Feel seen, heard, and supported.

We meet twice monthly via telehealth, open to anyone in Texas. Schedule a consultation call to ensure the group is a good fit. $50/session
